Chen style Tai Chi is the original style of Tai Chi, from which all of the other styles developed from. In this course, you will learn the Chen Tai Chi 18 Posture Routine created by Grandmaster Chen Zhenglei.
Each lesson provides a warm up, clear instruction on each posture and movement, plus information on general Tai Chi principles and applications. This routine is a complete practice unto itself and also an excellent preparation for the traditional Chen routines.
