Bring emotions into balance with this Qigong course. This course covers a short, eight posture routine. It is based off the Chinese Medicine theory of the "Seven Affects" or emotional states that can cause illness.
Each lesson includes instruction in the Qigong to Balance the Heart sequence, plus a standing and sitting meditation and a short discussion on relevant theories and ideas.
The course is self-directed, so you can start anytime and take each class according to a schedule that will work for you. No previous experience in Qigong is required. This course can be an excellent introduction to Qigong, especially in relation to regulating the emotions and promoting well-being!
